FR-4基材是一种以环氧树脂为粘合剂、以电子级玻璃纤维布为增强材料的层压板材料,广泛应用于印制电路板(PCB)制造领域。该材料具有良好的电气绝缘性能、机械强度和耐热性能,是当前电子行业中使用量较大的基板材料之一。
